- Customers · Orders · Products. The order is entered once: The customer, the products and what still needs producing, right away.
- Suppliers · Inventory. Raw materials, and what you owe: Buying cement adds to stock and to the supplier’s account.
- Plants · Production. Each plant’s daily report: Finished goods go into stock and raw materials are deducted automatically.
- Employees · Payroll. The people at each plant: Records, payroll and wages, split by plant.
- Warehouse · Inventory. Inventory, always current: Stock for every item, with everything that came in and went out.
- Delivery notes. The delivery note updates stock: The truck leaves and the yard count drops instantly.
- Invoicing · Accounts receivable. Invoiced and collected: Electronic invoice, and the check brings the customer’s balance down.
- Monthly results. The month, in one number: What came in, what went out and what was left.

Know how much money you’ll have
What you’ll collect and what you’ll pay —invoices, checks, suppliers, payroll and loan installments—, week by week. Current balance, projected balance and the low point: if you’re going to come up short, you see it before it happens.
The heart of your operation
Enter each job once: delivery note, customer, origin, destination and driver. See what’s pending and what’s on the road, then invoice by selecting the delivery notes, without typing anything twice.
E-invoicing with Uruguay’s DGI
Issue e-Factura, e-Ticket, credit notes and e-Remito straight from Kore, with the official PDF and QR code. Every invoice shows whether Uruguay’s DGI accepted it and whether it’s been collected, is pending or overdue.
Who owes you, and who you owe
Customer accounts (receivable) and supplier accounts (payable), kept separate by currency. Clear statements, receipts and balances — pesos and dollars never get mixed up.
No more missed due dates
Checks, invoices, supplier payments, vehicle permits and inspections, driver licenses and reminders — everything that comes due, on one calendar. Overdue items are highlighted at the top so nothing slips through.
Inventory under control
Supplies, spare parts and lubricants with their stock, their minimum and what they’re worth. Kore flags what’s low or critical before you run out, and shows how much goes out each month.
Vehicles and machinery up to date
Trucks and machinery, each with its own paperwork. Kore warns you before a unit’s permit or inspection expires, so none of them sits idle over a piece of paper.
Payroll without a separate spreadsheet
The month’s payroll with base pay, overtime, contributions and advances deducted automatically. See how much is left to pay and to whom, in the same system as the rest of the business.

FAQ
What everyone asks before getting started
Kore is a cloud business management system for small and mid-sized companies in Uruguay, built by Focusoft. It brings delivery notes, DGI e-invoicing, customer and supplier accounts in pesos and dollars, checks, banks, cash flow, inventory, production, fleet and payroll into one place. It’s designed for any small business that runs on Excel, notebooks and WhatsApp today, with dedicated modules for trucking, manufacturing and construction.
Yes, if your business operates in Uruguay. E-invoicing, customer and supplier accounts, checks, banking, stock and payroll work the same in any business: retail, distribution, services or manufacturing. And for three industries Kore adds their own tools: manufacturers get orders, daily production reports and stock; trucking gets trips, fuel and per-truck profitability; construction gets its equipment with diesel, maintenance and each machine’s expiration dates. Whatever your operation doesn’t use stays off.
Yes. For companies in Uruguay, Kore issues the electronic tax documents (CFE) required by the DGI: e-Factura, e-Ticket, credit and debit notes, e-Remito and export e-Factura. They’re issued through Dynamica, a DGI-authorized provider, using your company’s digital certificate, and you get the official PDF with its QR code to send by email or WhatsApp. You invoice straight from the system, even by selecting delivery notes.
Kore does invoicing, but it’s not just an invoicing tool: it’s a management system with e-invoicing built in. If you only issue a few invoices and need nothing else, the DGI’s free solution may be enough. Kore makes sense when the invoice is part of the operation: it comes from delivery notes and flows on its own into the customer’s account, cash flow and inventory, so nothing gets typed twice.
No. Kore runs day-to-day management: what you invoice, collect, pay and owe, the month’s VAT, inventory and payroll. Formal accounting and taxes like IRAE are still handled by your accountant, who can log into Kore with their own user and export whatever they need to Excel.
Kore is built for companies operating in Uruguay: it invoices through the DGI and works in Uruguayan pesos and dollars at the BCU exchange rate. It doesn’t issue tax documents for other countries. What it does handle is international trucking trips to Argentina, Brazil, Paraguay, Chile and Bolivia.
On a server and database dedicated to your company, backed up daily. It’s not a shared system where your data sits next to everyone else’s: your instance is yours, and only your team can access it. Kore follows Uruguay’s Personal Data Protection Law (18,331), and you can download your information to Excel whenever you want, without asking anyone.
Yes, properly: customer and supplier accounts are kept per currency, separately. Pesos and dollars never get mixed into the same balance, and when you want to see everything together it converts at the BCU exchange rate.
Yes. Kore is multi-company: your companies share the same customer and supplier base, but each one has its own documents, numbering and invoicing. The base plan includes one company; each extra company is added in your quote.
Yes. Every employee has a record, and Kore builds the monthly payroll with social security contributions, income tax (IRPF), the aguinaldo bonus and vacation pay, deducts advances automatically and tracks leave and absences. The BPS filing is still submitted by your accountant.
Yes, with their own login. The Accountant role runs payroll, enters purchase invoices and sees sales, banks and checks without being able to change them, and exports reports to Excel. You decide what each person on your team can see.
Yes. Kore runs in the browser on a computer, tablet or phone, installs like an app and alerts you by notification and email about what’s coming due. Delivery notes, fuel loads and production reports can be entered with no signal: they’re saved and sent automatically when the connection comes back.
No. Kore lives in the cloud: you log in from the browser, on any computer. There are no servers in your office and no updates to install: improvements arrive on their own.
We do it for you: we load your customers, suppliers, products, stock and opening balances from your Excel files as part of onboarding, in every plan. If you also want your full history from another system (past invoices, delivery notes or payments), that’s quoted separately, depending on the state of the data.
If your current system lets you export to Excel —most do—, we move it over: your lists, your balances and, if you want, your full history. Kore has more than 30 importers, and each one flags row by row whatever couldn’t go in. History stays history: an old invoice that was already paid never shows up again as debt.
Direct human support on WhatsApp and email, from the people who build Kore and know the day-to-day of the companies that use it. No bots, no tickets. We also monitor your system around the clock: if something fails, we know before you have to tell us. And bugs are never billed.
There are three plans, all with every module and e-invoicing included: Basic US$187, Professional US$227 and Complete US$287 a month, plus VAT. What changes is the number of users (5, 10 or 15) and how much support you get. Paying yearly gives you 15% off (Basic comes to US$159 a month). Setup is free on Basic; each plan’s price is in the Pricing section.
Paying monthly, no: there’s no minimum term. If you’d rather pay the year upfront, you get 15% off the plan fee; in exchange, that payment isn’t refunded if you leave Kore before the year ends. Either way, if you leave, you take your data with you.
